![]() ![]() If you want that kind of experience I recommend trying out something like Path of Diablo instead which just adds some QoL things to the base game along with some other treats too. It's a completely fresh take on the game, there needs to be differences, if the only differenes where that the skills slightly tweaked, then it wouldn't feel like a different overhaul at all, just the same game. There is never really much of a fight until hell mode, and even then most classes can still pass it, just takes a bit longer due to increased health pools of minions. Diablo 2's progressions are really imo, boring, especially after the first play through. I would say that Median is much more difficult than Diablo 2. I'm interested in their shapeshifting builds. Tempest looks like an interesting spell.ĭruid - I actually like the feel of Druids in MedianXL. ![]() Sorceress - Now that their teleport was taken, their Fire tree stripped of its glory, and Frozen Orb being taken away too. ![]() I assume Paladins, like Barbarians, are always solid choices. Paladin - Interesting build mechanic where you have to choose which trees to take. I'm only interested in using a two-handed sword Barbarian if I played one, entirely for the aesthetic and option for. Seems to have lost its flavor and been turned into a variation on the Assassin with the totems.īarbarian - More interesting than the original. ![]() Necromancer - Most of my favorite skills were removed. I get the impression they are especially squishy. I've never really liked Assassins from Diablo 2. I'm worried Amazon is just one of the weaker classes.Īssassin - (Most abilities were locked when I tried this class in single player. I like the spear/javelin theme of Amazons. Here are my "first impression" (still being a total noob) thoughts on the classes:Īmazon - Most of my favorite skills were removed. (Assassin was glitched, and I skipped Paladin). I had a quick look at most of the skills in single player by editing the experience to max them out at level 150 so I could try the abilities. What are the absolute easiest-to-play yet still viable builds? I'm hoping to find a build that's very easy (low skill switching, low buff rotation) to play, that I enjoy playing (subjective), and is viable all the way through progression. I've played a fair amount of Diablo 2 previously, but I'm completely new to MedianXL. ![]()
